HSE OFFICER JOB VACANCY – JUBAIL CITY PROJECT, SAUDI ARABIA

We are hiring experienced HSE Officers for a long-term construction project in Jubail City, Saudi Arabia. If you have strong industrial construction experience and previous SABIC project experience, we encourage you to apply.

Job Position: HSE Officer

Project Location: Jubail City, Saudi Arabia

Salary: SAR 45 per hour

Duty Hours: 10 hours per day

Project Duration: Long-term project

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 7 years of HSE experience

Minimum 3 years of experience on SABIC projects (preferred)

Preference will be given to candidates with SABIC project experience

Minimum 3-year Diploma in Safety or any relevant discipline

NEBOSH certification is mandatory

IOSH certification is required

OSHA certification is required

Fire Fighting and First Aid training certificates will be an added advantage

Strong knowledge of risk assessment, permit to work (PTW), toolbox talks (TBT), incident reporting, inspections, and Saudi industrial safety standards

Good communication and reporting skills

Ability to join immediately will be an advantage
