Job Vacancy – Project Director (PD)

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

We are seeking an accomplished and strategic Project Director to lead major construction projects in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will bring extensive executive-level experience in delivering complex, high-value international projects from construction stage through final handover.

Key Responsibilities
Provide overall executive leadership for the project from construction through successful completion and handover.
Lead and manage multidisciplinary teams, including Engineering, Construction, Commercial, Contracts, Planning, Design, HSE, QA/QC, Procurement, Logistics, and Project Controls.
Ensure achievement of project objectives related to safety, quality, schedule, budget, and client satisfaction.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with the Client, PMC, consultants, subcontractors, and senior executive management.
Drive commercial performance, risk management, claims avoidance, and strategic project decision-making.
Essential Requirements
Minimum 20 years of experience in delivering major international construction projects.
Proven experience in a Project Director role or an equivalent senior executive leadership position.
Strong track record in delivering stadiums, arenas, mixed-use developments, aviation projects, high-rise towers, mega commercial developments, or large-scale infrastructure projects.
Previous involvement in globally recognized mega developments such as Avenues, stadiums, entertainment districts, giga-projects, or other landmark complex projects will be highly preferred.
Excellent knowledge of FIDIC contracts, project governance, stakeholder management, commercial strategy, and management of large multidisciplinary teams.
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management is required.
Master’s Degree will be an advantage.
