HSE Manager – Immediate Hiring

Location: Saudi Arabia
Salary: SAR 18,000 per month
Duty Hours: 10 hours per day
Employment Type: Full-Time
Iqama: Transferable Iqama Required

We are looking for an experienced and highly competent HSE Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in construction, industrial, or infrastructure projects and be capable of leading the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) function while ensuring full compliance with client and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

- Minimum 12 years of overall HSE experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an HSE Manager
- Level 7 Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety (or equivalent)
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant discipline
- Strong knowledge of HSE management systems, risk assessments, incident investigation, PTW, audits, and legal compliance
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills
- Ability to develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and training programs
- Transferable Iqama is mandatory

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage all HSE activities across the project
- Ensure compliance with company, client, and local HSE requirements
- Conduct risk assessments, inspections, audits, and incident investigations
- Develop and deliver HSE training, toolbox talks, and awareness programs
- Monitor HSE performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Coordinate emergency preparedness and response activities
- Prepare HSE reports and maintain project HSE documentation
