We are currently looking for a qualified and experienced HSE Officer to join our civil and road construction project.

Position Details

Job Title: HSE Officer
Duty Hours: 10 hours per day
Required Experience: Minimum 5 years
Industry: Civil Construction and Road Works

Candidate Requirements

✅ Minimum 5 years of HSE experience
✅ Practical experience in civil construction and road works
✅ NEBOSH certification is mandatory
✅ A degree in any discipline will be considered a plus point
✅ Good knowledge of site safety requirements and construction hazards
✅ Strong communication and workforce engagement skills
✅ Ability to conduct site Toolbox Talks, On-the-Job Training, safety refresher sessions, site safety inductions and daily safety briefings

Key Responsibilities

The selected HSE Officer will be responsible for conducting daily site inspections, monitoring high-risk activities, ensuring compliance with HSE procedures, identifying unsafe acts and unsafe conditions, supporting the Permit-to-Work system, preparing HSE reports, conducting safety training and promoting a positive safety culture among the workforce.

The candidate should have experience in civil and road construction activities, including excavation, lifting operations, heavy equipment movement, traffic management, concrete work, work at height and general site activities.
