Hiring HSE Officer – Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

United Integrated Company – UITC is hiring a dedicated HSE Officer for its project team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting site health, safety, and environmental activities, ensuring compliance with project HSE requirements, and promoting a strong safety-first culture across all site operations.

Key Responsibilities
Implement project HSE requirements at site.
Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits.
Identify hazards and follow up on corrective actions.
Prepare and conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings.
Ensure workers follow safe work procedures and site safety rules.
Support risk assessments and safe work method implementation.
Coordinate with project teams to maintain compliance with client and local safety requirements.
Promote safe behavior and improve the overall safety culture at site.
Candidate Requirements
Fluent Arabic speaker is mandatory.
Previous experience as an HSE Officer in construction or engineering projects.
Strong knowledge of site safety procedures and HSE practices.
Ability to conduct inspections, toolbox talks, and safety monitoring.
Good communication and reporting skills.
Able to lead, guide, and support site teams in safety compliance.
