Urgent Hiring: SAWCOD Approved HSE Officer – Saudi Aramco Project

A leading contracting company is looking for a qualified SAWCOD Approved HSE Officer for a long-term assignment on a Saudi Aramco oil and gas project in Dammam, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia.

The selected candidate will support site HSE activities, monitor daily work execution, ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco safety standards, and help maintain a safe working environment for all project personnel.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor site activities and ensure safe work practices are followed.
Implement Saudi Aramco HSE procedures, rules, and project safety requirements.
Conduct site inspections, TBTs, safety observations, and HSE reporting.
Coordinate with the construction team to close unsafe conditions and observations.
Support permit-to-work compliance and emergency response readiness.
Promote safe behavior and maintain proper HSE documentation at site.
Candidate Requirements
Valid SAWCOD approval as HSE Officer is mandatory.
Previous experience in Saudi Aramco projects is required.
Strong knowledge of Saudi Aramco HSE standards and site safety procedures.
NEBOSH IGC or equivalent HSE qualification is preferred.
Good communication and reporting skills.
Transferable Iqama is preferred.
Candidate must be available for immediate joining.
